Why it Matters

Take a Look at Our New Training Journeys

  • Quick Start
    These videos are intended to help you get a fast start in Insellerate, demonstrating how to use key features. Each video is unique and less than two minutes. The videos are not duplicates of the role-based training. Users should complete the entire training journey for their role.

  • Journey by Role
    Start your learning journey that focuses on your role in Insellerate. The average time is less than ten minutes and targets Loan Officers | Sales Managers | Marketing Mangers | Admins.

  • Journey by Topic

    This training path teaches you about the full feature sets within Insellerate to give you a “big picture” view of the system. The average time is less than ten minutes. Topics include: inSight | inFlow | inTouch | inLead | Admin.

Why it Matters

We understand that being able to manage your leads from anywhere can make the difference in getting a deal complete.

  • SMS

    • The SMS feature now includes a Call Now button that allows you to start a call from the SMS screen.

    • Clicking on a lead from the SMS screen will take you directly to the client’s Lead Details screen.

  • Search

    • When search results are displayed, you can now see the primary agent.

  • History

    • Calls placed in the mobile application will now display in the history.

    • You can filter the history to call activity to see only those calls made to the client.

    • If you have permission to listen to recorded calls, you can click on the link displayed as a time value to play back the call.

  • Partners

    • You can now see associated applications in the mobile application showing all leads associated with the partner.

  • Assignments

    • Users with permission to assign leads can now assign leads through the mobile application.


Web Application v123

Duplicate Management

When applying a filter in duplicate management, the filter was only applied to one of the records in the duplicate group. This enhancement applies the filters to ALL records within a group.

Original Assignee

The original assignee was displaying as the User ID. The system has been updated to show the user name.

User Profile Update

Additional fields were added in anticipation of future features.

User Registration Update

Order of fields being redesigned. Some clients are piloting AgentConnect. If you have this feature enabled, users will see an additional section on the right-hand side of the screen.


Bugs

Open Lead Cap Exceeded

Issue: Users did not display an error when they attempted to “Take” leads beyond their set lead cap. The following error displays: “The daily open lead cap has been reached. Please try again tomorrow.”

Status: Resolved

 

MY Pipeline

Issue: The system allowed users to remove required fields from reports; therefore, these reports were not working.

Status: Resolved

Mobile App:

Issue:  Leads taken through the mobile application were not counted in the lead caps.

Status: Resolved
