My Pipeline: User Interface Upgrade
The My Pipeline report has been redesigned. Don’t worry. All the same functionality is still there. We have enhanced it to include more. You can now build on the Company Preset Reports built by your organization, filter them down to the most helpful view for you, and save them as My Preset Reports. This video provides an overview of the changes.

Preset Reports Enhancement
Loan Officers | Sales Managers | Marketing Managers
The improvements here allow you to build upon custom filters. You can now filter those reports down into a version that best fits your needs and save it so you can pull that same data without needing to filter it each time. To save a report to My Preset Reports:Click Run Report. You will see a Save My Preset Reports button in the left menu.
Apply any additional filters.
Click Save My Preset Reports.
Create a name for your new report.
Save.
Admins
Admins can still build Preset Reports to use in My Pipeline. Any reports built will show in the Company Preset Reports.
My Pipeline Screen Interface
The user interface encourages preset reports by putting the filter for them at the top and then has the Team/Agent drop-down to select the data to pull in for the group of users. The prior filter setting will show in the Filter Sets in a collapsable section.
Click the + Filter Sets to open up the filters you are familiar with in the prior My Pipeline view.
Sales Manager Report: Additional Data
When users access the Sales Manager Report and view the Leads Details pop-up, it now includes a column for the user with the original application assignment.

Duplicate Management Grid Filters
Issue: When using filters in the Duplicate Management Grid, the information from the master record was passed to the associated records.

Insellerate Desktop App and Mobile App Open Leads and Alerts
Issue: The data did not match the desktop and mobile apps for Open Leads and Alerts.

iCalendar Follow-Up Download
Issue: The download to iCalendar function from a follow-up was not working.
Status: Resolved
inTouch: SMS Error When Creating New Content
Issue: An error “Message contains invalid handlebar syntax, please update.” Displaying when attempting to add not SMS content.
Status: Resolved
Internal Call Routing
Issue: Some Internal Call Routing scenarios were causing agents to be delayed in getting back into the call queues for up to 10 minutes.
Status: Resolved
InTouch
Issue: Drop-down selections were not displaying the complete list of available options, and the scrollbar was hidden.
